Yes. Ongoing care plans are available for sites that need regular attention, and one-off support can be scoped separately. We agree what is covered and how often before work starts.
Usually, yes. I’ll review the site and its setup first, then confirm what access I need and the safest way to take things forward.
Hosting is a separate service. Sites on my managed hosting include regular, tested backups, security and monitoring. If your site is hosted elsewhere, I can check what is already in place and talk through any gaps. If you wish, I can also transfer your website to my managed hosting.
